Jeep Heaters used on Keystone pipeline
The Jeep Heater has been used for over 7 years for hundreds of thousands of man hours, over thousands of kilometers, with ZERO REPORTED INJURIES while in-use.
The Jeep Heater heats quickly and precisely. To the right is a video, in real-time, of how quickly the Jeep Heater warms a section of pipe up to a temperature of 80°C (heat soak/hold timer is activated until the unit automatically stops its heating process).
Tailored for the harsh conditions in the pipeline industry.
Easy to read in any light, information is displayed in a clear and concise readout.
Over molded MIL-SPEC connectors with a polyurethane over-jacket ensure the best connection and severe weather performance available.
Compact easy to use design that can get you in tightest of spots, while offering twenty-five feet of working distance.
Our patent pending design delivers exceptional even distribution of heat over the repair area.
Built in remote control for ease of operation.
Using a 5kw Induction generator, the Jeep heater can get up to a proper coating temperature in under one minute from pipe surface temperatures of -40 Celcius. This ensures a fast and efficent workflow on your jeep repairing operation.
Using an advanced non contact sensor, the Jeep Heater is programmable to any temperature you prefer. The machine will reach your target temperature and automatically turn off. This ensures you will have zero coating damage due to operator error.
Using a patent pending design, the heat will be evenly distributed over your repair area, dispersing out evenly away from the coating zone. With the medium frequency design, heat is penetrated deep into the steel to ensure proper residual heat for the curing process.
Custom tailored to your specific project, the Jeep Heater is delivered to your pipe size specified. This ensures zero operator error in positioning of the device; effectively removing the need for any field provisions.
